The facility was clean, the reception staff friendly, but what made this facility stand out was the technician, Irina. She completely alleviated my claustrophobia by offering a soft cloth to cover my eyes before being moved into the tube, adding bolsters and padding to ease the pain. What an awesome technician! The place to go!
