These people are very kind and they make sure that you are taking care of very well. They get your appointment made as soon as possible and if can get you in earlier they do that for you too. I needed MRIs for my spine and I have been waiting months for other locations in MultiCare and even tried for Franciscan and Tra came to the rescue got me in with an appointment within a matter of a week and then even got me in earlier that day I appreciate the staff there and I just love that they were able to help me so much to get this done cuz I desperately needed these MRIs to see what's going on with my body. Thank you to the staff and the workers there you're All Awesome! -

Reception staff was very friendly. Filled out forms online so check in was very easy and the person I checked in with was very friendly and welcoming. The technician that performed the MRI was friendly as well and also thorough in explaining the process. I was well prepared from her detailed step by step breakdown of what to expect, making it an easy and calm experience. I wish I had names to applaud them individually, but as I don’t I’ll just give my praise to the staff as a whole for the experience I had. -
