I’ve had 6 MRIs in my life and this team from scheduling, check in with Jan and Zarah to the technicians like GABE IN THE OPEN MRI : they were all earth angels unaware. I have a career in medical operations as an executive and was beyond impressed with every level and aspect of the experience and team. This is a very rare quality in today’s world of medicine which is overrun with compassion fatigue and burn out. This team was on the ball so caring worked magic moved mountains and made me, someone with extreme anxiety around MRIs feel completely safe comfortable and taken care of. The machine is TOP OF THE LINE IMPRESSIVE AS WELL. MRI ANXIETY BE GINE! I have TRA ON UNION AS MY DREAM TEAM AND RESCUED ME FROM THIS FEAR FOREVER MORE! Thank you to everyone and all involved.
