TRA Medical Imaging Announces the Acquisition of Northwest Radiology Group of Olympia, Washington
TACOMA, WA – TRA Medical Imaging (TRA), a leading medical imaging provider in the South Sound, today announced the acquisition of Olympia-based Northwest Radiology Group, LLC, effective June 1, 2009. The main office of Northwest Radiology Group is located at 500 Lilly Road NE, in the Memorial Medical Plaza. Under the agreement, Northwest Radiology Group’s owner, Randall Patten, M.D. and staff will become TRA employees.

Randall M. Patten, M.D., a board certified radiologist, fellowship trained in ultrasound, CT and MRI, will remain an integral part of the Olympia area facilities, serving as Medical Director and providing the same level of care that both TRA and Northwest Radiology Group’s patients have come to expect. In addition, Greg Pearson has been hired as Center Manager of the Olympia facility on Lilly Road.
