Great experience from the start! Scheduling reached out to me twice as I missed the first voicemail. She was able to get me in before loosing my insurance at a different location. Unfortunately when she said Bonny lake I heard Sunrise, where I had gone in the past. Which is where I headed first which made me late for the Bonny lake office. I called to say I was running late she said no problem they’ll squeeze me in. They didn’t even know I was loosing my insurance, being as flexible as possible must just be their regular MO! When I arrived late and embarrassed, she had all the paperwork ready for me since I didn’t use the convenient online check-in. Within minutes, Mike came out and called my name. Totally cool guy! (I tend to ask a lot of questions) Even though I was late, Mike took the time to Articulate the process In an upbeat, positive manner in which I understood what was happening presently and what would happen post X-rays/MRI. I was up and out of there in no time. I remember thinking as I was walking out” wow that was a great experience! Try to go in the AM, it started my day out great which changed my perspective, which continued on making it a great day in kind of rough times! Thanks you all! I appreciate you! E
